We are conveniently located at 7411 Wallace Blvd, Take I-40 west to Coulter exit to the right and go toward the hospitals. The street that runs in front of BSA hospital is Wallace turn left and we are the first building on the left. We are located inside the Panhandle Eye Sub specialist building. If you are coming from I-40 east you would exit on Coulter turn left and go under I-40 and go toward the BSA and when you arrive at the Wallace light turn right and we are on the left hand side in the Panhandle Eye Sub specialist building.
