Dr. Crnic is a medical provider so we accept and bill most medical insurance. Please contact your insurance company to make sure that we are in your network and that a referral does not need to be obtained prior to your visit. You may also contact us to find out if we accept your insurance plan. Below is a list of some of the insurance plans that we accept:

Firstcare, Southwest Life and Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Insurance Management Services, Aetna, Affiliated Foods, Tricare, Texas Medicaid, Texas Medicaid Primary Care Case Management.

Please bring your insurance and/or Medicaide card with you to your visit. If you have a co-pay on your insurance you will be responsible for the co-pay and if you are a new patient a refraction will be done and a $30.00 refraction fee will be collected in addition to your co-pay. We will bill your insurance for this refraction and if the insurance pays this fee we will refund you for this fee.
